New Lanark

New Lanark is an award winning world heritage site which champions Robert Owens, a mill manager who raised the quality of life for many of the mill workers. With Owen’s forward thinking they managed to abolish child labour, organise good accommodation, get healthcare and good food.

I programmed two interesting interactives for the visitors centre. One showing selectable audio visuals describing the life and times. The second was a fun children’s game based around the previous problem of goods tampering in the local shops of the time.
